Message from Rotary

The Rotary Club of Lincoln, now in its 17th year of existence, has from its inception engaged our community to help work towards a better tomorrow, both here in our own backyard and well beyond our borders to the far corners of the world.

Whether the goal is educating our young people to the opportunities available in our town through the popular “Stand By Me” program, supporting the efforts of a young humanitarian service club at Beamsville District Secondary School, working towards global polio immunization and eradication, empowering the grand work of a South African orphanage or championing any one of a myriad of other Rotary projects in the community, Lincoln Rotarians are proud to join forces with their fellow citizens as they work together to bring a caring world to life.

By working through the arts to help bring the Lamplighter Tour to life, the Rotary Club of Lincoln and the people of the Town of Lincoln enabled the creation of The Rotary Shell at Charles Daley Park which, in turn, has supplied a warm and appreciative home for the Sunset Music Series, a new “town square” for its citizens and a new expressive, unique and unifying summer spirit.

Thank you for being part of that spirit. We hope that you will thoroughly enjoy your Lamplighter experience and that you will garner a renewed sense of community from all of our yesterdays to take with you into all of your tomorrows.
